BOLD 365 Program Includes:
Custom nutrition and wellness guidance

BOLD 365 Coaching Investment:
Base Package: $340/month
VIP Package (includes two sessions per month + functional health support): $525/month

Progress takes time.  All clients are required to make a 3-month initial commitment to your program.

Functional Nutrition 

Do you prefer nutrition advice without the coaching commitment?
I offer the following standalone services:
Nutrition Consultations—This option is perfect for those who want personalized nutrition guidance by meeting with me as needed without ongoing coaching and without a fitness plan. 
Initial Consultation: $255
Follow Up Consultation: $175

Frequently Asked Questions


How do I know which program is right for me?

I offer a variety of packages for general nutrition and fitness, health management, coaching, and accountability.  Please schedule a complimentary intro call to discuss the package best for you and your needs. 

Do you accept health insurance?

Currently, I do not accept insurance, nor do I provide superbills.  All services are cash-pay.  Previous clients have successfully paid for services with HSA cards, but I cannot guarantee coverage. 

Where is your practice, and where can I work with you?

I am located in Los Angeles, CA, but my practice is exclusively virtual;  I do not offer in-person services. 
I provide functional nutrition services, clinical support, and/or health management protocols (considered medical nutrition therapy), to clients in all 50 states EXCEPT: Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Ohio, Delaware, and Maryland.

If you live in any state listed above and still wish to work with me, I can provide generalized coaching that remains in compliance with your state's nutrition laws. Please contact me to discuss.


Will I have to track calories or macros?

Plans are individualized based on your preferences and can include macros and food tracking if they support your plan. If you prefer not to track, we can utilize other methods of mindful eating, intuitive eating, and non-tracking methods of optimizing your food intake. 

Will I get a meal plan?

I do not provide meal plans unless there is a therapeutic reason to.  Most people learn and apply new habits best when they learn how to meal plan themselves.  Meal plans can often be rigid and restrictive; Instead, I teach flexibility and abundance.  I provide many recipes, suggestions, and meal-planning advice, but I do not give you a strict meal plan.

Will I still get to eat my favorite foods?

Yes!  I encourage it!  I teach food and optimal diet habits through the lens of abundance, not restrictions.  I believe that all foods fit into a healthy diet, and I will help you assess how foods affect your individual body so you can make informed and productive decisions about your food choices for your health and well-being. 


Do I need a gym membership or specific equipment for the strength training program?

You will get the most out of your strength training program if you can access an average gym with various equipment; however, I can cater to home workouts with limited equipment or bodyweight workouts.  I will provide recommendations on the equipment that I think you will benefit the most from investing in or having access to. 

How often will I have to work out?

Your workout schedule will be based entirely on your preferences, goals, schedule, etc. Together, we will formulate a plan that makes sense for you.  I intend to provide flexibility and accessibility when writing your custom plan.
