Hey! I'm Kelli, a functional nutritionist and fitness professional here to help you ditch the confusion, cut through the noise, and build a sustainable, science-backed approach to nutrition, exercise, and health management.
I know how it feels to be consumed by food stress and trying to do the right things for your body, but always feeling like you aren't doing enough, or aren't doing the right things. Truth is, you are not alone, and this stuff can be really confusing without proper guidance. I've committed my career to learning the science, gathering research, and applying it to real life, how it makes sense for you.
