Carbohydrates, often shortened to "carbs," often are spoken down on, with many people associating them with weight gain and various health problems. However, it's time to set the record straight. Carbohydrates are not inherently unhealthy; they are an essential macronutrient that plays a crucial role in our overall well-being.
