The Blueprint package is a lighter, more independent version of the Signature coaching program—perfect for those who need expert guidance and a personalized plan but don’t require frequent coaching or ongoing adjustments.
We’ll meet once per month for a coaching call and plan updates, and you’ll still receive the same level of customization, resources, and strategic guidance as the Signature package—just with fewer check-ins. This option is best for those who feel confident in implementing nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations on their own and simply need a structured plan with expert support along the way.

60 Minute Session: $175
A Strategy Consult is a standalone, focused session designed to provide expert guidance on a specific topic. This is perfect for those who don’t need ongoing coaching but still want personalized advice, strategic insights, and clear next steps for their health and nutrition goals.
It’s also a great option for past coaching clients who want to follow up on specific topics after completing their program.
Each session covers one topic of your choice, including:
• Macros and/or calorie plans
• Performance plans - for athletes, runners, and those wanting to use nutrition strategy to perform their best.
• Meal refresh - Recipes, meal ideas, and tips to refresh your food routines
You’ll leave the session with clarity, direction, and expert recommendations tailored to your needs—without the commitment of a full coaching package.

No! While macro tracking can be a highly effective and educational tool for those who prefer it, I tailor your plan to your individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle. There are many ways to build a balanced nutrition strategy without detailed tracking.
🟠 Do I need access to a gym for my fitness program?
No, but the primary programs do require a selection of equipment, including dumbbells and/or kettlebells. We build in flexibility by supplementing no or low-equipment workouts as needed (for traveling or convenient alternatives), but to get the most out of your strength training programs, having a gym or basic equipment will be ideal.
