If you’re unsure, book a free intro call, and I’ll help you choose the best option based on your goals, lifestyle, and level of support needed.

🟠 Do I have to track macros?

No! While macro tracking can be a highly effective and educational tool for those who prefer it, I tailor your plan to your individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle. There are many ways to build a balanced nutrition strategy without detailed tracking.

🟠 Do I need access to a gym for my fitness program?

No, but the primary programs do require a selection of equipment, including dumbbells and/or kettlebells. We build in flexibility by supplementing no or low-equipment workouts as needed (for traveling or convenient alternatives), but to get the most out of your strength training programs, having a gym or basic equipment will be ideal.
